Puno, Peru - part II

Puno is quite boring little town.. there is not much to do here :( i walked around the city for 30 minutes and i saw most of what there is to see.. there is also the possibility to go and visit some statues on top of the mountain.. but naah.. those are just some statues... my bus to Arequipa leaves at 3 (i changed the bus company) so i had 6 hours to kill... 3 to go :D

tried to go and have some food.. figured to skip breakfast and have some pizza.. well that is impossible at 10:30 in the morning... all the eating places are closed (and most of the shops as well).. so i was still stuck with fried egg, bread and jam with hot chocolate for food... will try to have some pizza in about an hour perhaps.. here is really not much to do than to eat :D and that i like :D :D

and as i don´t have much to do.. figured to upload some pictures and write a post :D

so yesterday evening we went to dinner with some people from the lake tour.. that was nicest dinner yet. everybody except me and the croatian lady were french speaking (3 from Quebec, 2 from Belgium and 2 from Paris) so we had a bottle of Chilean wine :) that was excellent.. and the food was delicious as well... didn´t seem like we are in Peru at all.. seemed like some top notch european restaurant food :D (i´m not sure if this is a good sign at all) and the company was great.. i really had good time at the dinner last night.

then this morning i walked around town and took some pictures... weather is cold.. it has been raining.. and i´m wearing cloves :( it is quite cold... like +10C perhaps? maybe +12C... so cold
